Just wondering if this happens at other places,here we call it busting back,thats when a lead Jy or headlineman isnt really happy with the situation that hes in.......could actually be for any reason,but usually due to bad days off,he doesnt want the title anymore........lots of guys seem to be happy being a Jy instead of the Jy in charge.....and some wont trade places for anything,they are happy being a Jy for life.

Not in the line trade. But where i work we've had two guys get management spots over us and decide to go back to being a driver.
