Outside crews,what are they running into?

While most of us are enjoying our homes,the fresh food,a/c and a normal life.And with still millions without power and the everyday things,what kinds of things are the outside crews that were sent to the Northeast going through?Could be a major cluster .... I imagine,are they getting the equipment needed at a reasonable time,what do you think the biggest problem is that they are going through,thats besides the customers impatience?

Management trying to tell the linecrews how to do their job, if they would just leave it up to the local utlities to put things back on line they would probably get power on quicker!!!

Just my 2 cents I think from my outlook if management would just leave the linecrews alone
Things would go alot smoother....
