hand signals anyone

Anyone use hand signals much,and if you do explain,when sagging wire there was always the hands over the head,held together,,,stop jacking,make it up!I know what some of you are thinking,not the bird signal either.:D

We always use the hard hat swinging at our side to keep pulling and ten hard hat over the head in the air to stop and make it up is the same signal yall use.
