Im willing to bet that most guys dont carry the half round wire brushes on their linemans belt anymore,geez I might be surprised if anyone has one at all.

we brush every connection we make, especially secondaries, seen too many bad connections in the past.

We keep one on all of our trucks. We also use an electronic vibrating cleaner also for transmission.
