How often do tree trimmers

How often do tree trimmers work in your community,I want to say every 3-4 years here,down the street they are inching my way so in the next few days they should be in my backyard.I noticed them yesterday while walking my dog ..( lamont ) as in the lamont on sanford and son.Glad to see these guys cause I dont want to be out of power for too long.The company is Davey,anyone heard of them?

I like when they work cause they clear up the lines but GOT'DANG they butcher the hell out of the trees around here.
