Well let me tell you that it did happen, some time ago when I was a younger Jy,they had two urd trucks parked on the far end of the dock, thats where they usually parked the urd trucks, now they aint around due to contractors doing the urd make-up,I might have been on a large crew then, parked next to the urd guys.I knew all of them pretty well, even back then there wasnt many apprentices. This is what I saw and heard....there young foreman walks down the dock a little after 8 am.....tells the leadlineman/headlineman that his Jy will be running the truck that day,and tells him to pack his tools/belt/ect and get on the other urd truck.....so now the lead lineman will be under another Jy that is assigned to that truck....Im thinking to myself what the $hit is going on,that has never been done as far as I knew. The lead argues with the younger foreman, but listens and gets his stuff onto the other truck... even I was a little embarrassed just seeing this happen and I wasnt even involved....from there it kind of went downhill for the lead guy,it continued the next day and then some.OHH i must also tell you guys that the young foreman had a little pull....his father was a retired general foreman type....wonder if that had anything to do with his decision?.....I cant and wont leave out this, the lead guy was a Im just here type....can you imagine getting bumped off your own truck?:nightmare:
