those evaluations

How often do you get evaluated,is it every 3 months or 6 months,or is it the type that gets forgotten after about a year or two......finally have you ever had a new foreman that knew nothing about you evaluate you,thats pretty common,or it is here.

new hires get it after 6 mos then after that its every year.

We had one guy that was evaluated as average,which he was,good guy and everything but he was the type that could make something out of nothing.Guess he wasnt satisfied with an average evaluation,so he gets into a shouting match with the foreman,telling the foreman that he didnt get graded better cause he wasnt a member of the lucky sperm club/golden boy.Told the foreman to write that down too.....I can see it now....reppy says he didnt get evaluated good cause he's not a member of the lucky sperm club....which reminds me.do you have a golden boy near your location?Now a golden boy is different from the rest of us,he can burn down secondarys,primary,and the customers equipment all in the same day....and remain golden.Isnt that something,the average lineman might have had a case there.This same lineman was a biker type,great with kids and all.He had a caveman beard,long hair,had a couple of boys and even was a scout leader....heck he was a scout leader for years until some parents didnt like the way he looked and through him out of the scouts,guess he was right in a way....he wasnt born into the lucky sperm club.
