For you older lineman,if another lineman showed up at your job during your prime with the bucksqueeze gear in hand and insisted in using it,how long would he last?For you guys that dont require the bucksqueezes yet,if a new lineman shows up on a job with you guys with the same gear,what is your response? And finally for you guys that have been brought up using this gear,what if you changed employers and were now with a company that didnt require you using the bucksqueeze gear,would you still use it?

Our Coop does not require the bucksqueeze at this time. However I have one serviceman who purchased it on his own and uses it, I also have a Lead Lineman who hitchikes with two standard safety straps. My attitude is along as they get thier work done right I don't care which way they climb. Its the quality of the work not saving 2 minutes a pole that's more important.
