the lineman with the toupee under his hard hat

We had this one guy that never took his hardhat off,well lets back up a second,he actually did but you would never see him take it off,one second he had the hard hat on and later he wore a baseball cap,never could catch the guy swapping hats,either he was that fast or he would hide and make the switch,well he didnt want people seeing his head,that made things worse,everyone knew he was going bald but he didnt like people looking,one day he slipped a little and I noticed he had more hair then the time before,I never let the poor guy know that his toupee was half off/side ways kind of. I can imagine that a toupee would be hard to wear while doing linework,all the sweating ,wonder what they cost these days,ohh never mind I never cared for Donald Trump either.

LMAO, worked with a guy 40 years ago who did the fastest baseball cap to hardhat change Ive ever seen. Didnt know he was bald till at the bar one evening after work one of the guys took his hat off, grabbed his toupe and threw it under the juke box.....poor guy was humilated. But he continued the quick change as long as I worked with him.....!!!

I think I laughed harder than you laughed....I thought you might be upset about the toupee comment,and I never thought of anyone else seeing the hardhat change like we have...these guys have it mastered,one blink of the eye and you just missed the whole show.....could it be the same guy? Maybe this is more common than I thought,If i ever lose all my hair I would just deal with it.....I cant see myself getting any toupes,,not going to buy one!
