Today in Wales still hand pressing the joints ( working on aluminium with a steel core ) 150 mm " wolf"...
Beautiful sunny day in Wales today... And although its hard work makes a nice change from only using copper conductor in Scotland ...

Goretex bib trousers again at Freedom? Any better than the last ones at SSE? (Or haven't you had decent Scottish grade rain to test them yet.)

We got issued two types due to the fact that one supplier couldn't fill the orders in all sizes. So the ones I've got are " nearly" as good as SSE,s . And kept me quite dry .. But the " smaller " sizes the WEE lads got seem to be rubbish. Only slows the rain down :D There jeans were soaked underneath ...
Luckily most of them managed to " retain" some of SSE, s waterproof trousers when they left
And have brought them over from Ireland NOW :D
