Kitchen looks very nice. If linework ever gets slow you have something to fall back on! Rebuilding homes!

Nice do something different for a change.

But it's like every job. 90% planning 10% doing. ...

Got to admit though.. The kitchen work tops are solid oak so got a joiner friend to do that for me.

Love doing construction and working on my bike... But sadly there ain't much opertunity when you work away from home. :(
And if you ain't working ya can't afford it. Catch 22...

Very nice (if not a bit over-dramatic with the cooker pillars). And probably better wired than would be done by a "part-P certified kitchen fitter".

Kitchen electrics done by a certified spark Clive... I " just " did the wooden bits. Even had a plumber mate to do that stuff. I'm the general builder. Wood ,tiles and plastering... Jack of all trades. Master of none. :)
Now just need to get the hang of the linesman malarkey N I've cracked it.

I hand carved and turned all the pillars and mouldings.

NOT. ! They come as a kit... I just " hammered " them together. :D
