K, we were changing a Goab switch on 7620/13200 volt system it was a NO between two circuits and it had arrestees on it and I wanted to cut the ground going to arrestors to isolate the ground potential then take off high side of arrestors and start removing jumpers and getting switch off. Does anyone see the problem with that, if so please explain
