Probably 40 to 60 days a year the wind gets high enough that they institute some type of wind restrictions. Mildest is no lightly loaded semi's then no semi's or camper trailers, at most severe cars only and then only if no roof mounted luggage carriers. Currently costs $13.00 one way, if you return within 24 hours the return ticket is $7.00 . Also possible to buy a communter pass that's $5.00 a trip but only sold in groups of twenty and only good for 30 days. Talk of changing tolls.
