Motor Vehicle Record

I'm in lineman school but my driving record shows an alcohol suspension from last year. The suspension was prior to obtaining a CDL and doesn't affect my current driving status.
But, a prior suspension is a bar to lineman employment at many utilities and companies.

I need to know if there are many (or any) municipalities or companies that will hire someone with a previous alcohol suspension.

Here the offense is not looked at ... It's the number of points on your license. 5 or more is the cut off
