Storm restoration in other countries other than US

I've done some searching and can't seem to find what I'm looking for, if someone can point me in the right direction or just give me some info. I'm looking info on storm restoration in countries other than the US since I live in the US, for instance like going to the Bahamas and working on restoring power there. I'm not a lineman yet but hopefully will be soon, I'm an operator with my contractor now. Just looking some info on pay, typical length of deployment, taxes, just about any info will be much appreciated. Thanks
