    Generally when we go to them ones that look like the meter is about to spin out of the glass it's a grow house, tin foil on all the windows is a dead giveaway.

    Was it in the winter? Sounds like a stupid question, but if they have a heat pump and it is not working the backup for it will be an electric heater. Look at the blades on heat pump if they aren't spinning and covered in snow refer the customer to an hvac guy!

    H2o heater elements on bottom touching calcium deposits causing more load until it burns up. Heat pumps are a joke. Unless the temp. stays above high 30's they don't work. They have to add resistive load to them to get them to heat. totally counter productive. When you have to add 50 amps of load B.S.
