Hey guys I have an orientation next week in Utah and I was wondering what I should expect with it. I was told to bring all my climbing equipment and be ready for five 12 hour days. Are they trying to weed people out that can't handle the long work hours? Do you get re-ranked based on how you do? Is there a lot classroom time or is it all outdoors? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.
MSLCAT Has been hiring like mad this year. So be ready to get to work! Orientation is a pretty simple week. A lot of classroom time. Safety discussion and such. You do spend some time in the pole yard. If your class knows how to climb and do a few simple tasks, your days will be shorter than 12s for sure. Like I said, be ready to get to work!
