Default Guidance needed regarding the Union (CUSW) Ontario

    Featured Sponsor

Hello, I recently got hired at a utility company and will be able to join CUSW in a few days after my probation is done. Problem is the company is very shady and lied to me quite a bit in the interview on what I would be doing now and in the future, but I wont get into that. My work hours count towards my apprenticeship hours if I ever get one. My question is what can I do through the union to try and get a job at a better company? Do I have to be a registered apprentice before I can try to get a better job? I'd really like to start learning some line work.

yOU HAVE ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION....... everything they agree to with a union is in writing in the form of a contract legally enforcible.

Listen to Poot... He's saying, Keep quiet, say nothing until your probation is up !!
