Im sure some of you have seen this type of construction,in Galveston,Tx there is alot if you know where to look.Mostly in the old part of town in the rear of businesses,in the alleys....http://searcharchives.vancouver.ca/i...downtown-alley heres another old photo.....click on the photo and look at the nice line truck at the bottom of the pole....it drinks lots of water.........http://wsm.wsu.edu/s/index.php?id=868
