  1. Default Knee locking up..

    Featured Sponsor

I just started training at a power line school. After working on the pole with my knees lock for 30 to 40 minutes I have a really hard time bending my knees for a few minutes.. I was wondering if anyone has a fix for this? Maybe knee braces, or maybe I will just get used to it after a few months..

Take a step up or down when you're on the pole, change position to take the strain off your knees. I never had that problem and 40 minutes isn't that long. Just try to change position so you ease off on the locked knees.

Being prepared. Do some stretching exercises..Maybe some leg presses. And time will help also.
