      I'm not sure how the process works and what it is for can anyone explain this? I've researched locals in my area and none of them have lineman apprenticeships or they don't advertise they do. Can you sign more than one union halls books?

      If your outta work , you can sign any books you want.You need to be current on your dues and bring a letter of good standing from your own local.

      Sounds to me like he isnt an ibew member, to find an apprenticeship in your area go to njatc.org
