Being that we just experienced the worst ever drought,a storm is very welcomed now days.Last year was unbelievable, millions of trees lost just in this area.I have some land in east Texas and the timber is close to being ready for sell,,,,,last year set it back a little........the government cleared areas and planted siblings, sold some years ago,and now ready to sell again..........with the economy the way it is timber is still high, but with fewer buyers, catch 22. In this area, depending on the service area,we run many of many urd bypasses due to the water finding that pin-hole in the customers drops,,,,,,,,,Id bet money that we run more bypasses than anyone,if im wrong I know how that other guy feels about bypasses. The up-side is that they can make you lots of dough.
