Transitioning from underground to overhead

I have an even better one. I know of a young “foreman” running a line construction crew , that spent most of his apprenticeship fixing streetlights. His crew is young lineman. I warned them about him, it’s really a case of the deaf, dumb, and blind leading the blind. It’s a wonder he hasn’t killed anyone yet, but he has had plenty of incidents!
