While working during a storm ,I pushed my way in through wet tree branches to reach a primary. My gloves were dry and I considered my truck one of the cleanest trucks in our fleet. To my surprise I got bit as hard as I ever did just by gloving the conductor. As I looked around for the reason of my discomfort, I learned there were wet leaves on the out side of bucket.
