Mom come quick there is a man on the pole!
 He must be crazy cause it’s mighty cold!
He’s up there doin sumptin that I aint never seen.

Oh that’s the county lineman son his name is
Bodeen.

I’ve seen him before babe, on nights just like this,
as he dazzles the town with his
electrical wits.

Mom!
I think he’s crazy and you say he’s smart!
But he’s been up there an hour tearing things apart.

 Son when the power is gone and the lights can’t be seen.
That’s who they send and his name is
Bodeen.

Well ! I think he’s cool and its pretty neat.
The way he climbs up that pole with those claws on his feet.
Are you sure he wont fall? Cause he’s up there quite high!
I bet if he reaches he could touch the sky! 
He’s coming down mom one step at a time!
Do you think he fitzed those aletrick lines?

I’m sure he did son he’s pretty keen.
He’s the county lineman and his name is
