Ice storm Florence Ala. wireman apprentice working on downed primary 7200 making spice, stinger taken off line laid across another phase not grounded, all phases dead. The other phase made hot down line, young man was killed, please guys always ground your job, work your grounds. Its not dead till its grounded, words to live by!
