On 2-4-99 our crew and another crew were given a job to change out old potheads on a road in our district. To do this required an scheduled outage on approxamately 50 customers, so at the prescribed time we deenergized and grounded the line. We then went to work and compleated all but one that was down a tap so we isolated and grounded that piece of cable and went to work changing the pothead on that one, in the meantime the forman informed the other crew that we were in the clear and it was ok to energize the rest of the customers when they were done. When they did this the line we were working on became hot, apparently we had isolated the wrong one, I recieved burns on my hands shoulder and knees. In hindsight we all agree that we should get clear of the line and test and reground after switching
