HYDRO WORKERS KILLED IN POLE MISHAP Smithers- Two B.C. Hydro contract workers died recently after they were hit by a hydro pole at construction site alonf Hwy 16 Ted Phillip Johnson, 44 of Terrace died at the scene and another male, whose name had not yet been released, died three days later at Vancouver General Hospital.The incident happened when a machine ran over one end of a pole, causing the other end to flip upwards
