Submitted By - ted we were replacing a 200 amp cutout that was feeding underground, we already had everything switched out so we opened door, lineman climbed pole and started taking the redhead off the saddle, when the riser came out of the top of the cutout while the other end was still on the primary, so just remember, always maintain positive control.
