Ruth Jr. came in contact with a energized conductor while doing a routine locate in a live front urd transformer. (4800 volts} Bill leaves behind a wife Judy, three daughters,two sons, five grandchildren with a sixth on the way, plus a world of friends. He was 57, Bill worked for the Frankfort Plant Board in Frankfort Ky. He was a Power Quality Tech. and a Retired Navy Seal. I,m sure after all the investigations They will find out,what the cause of the accident was but that won't bring him back. Please don't take any thing for granted, stay alert at all times.
