I got a getting shocked call from a dry cleaners one day on arrival a nice oriental lady speaking broken English explained she and several customers had been shocked when they touched the maze of pipes they have running around to hang clothes on.  I believed her SHE WAS SERIOUS!   I took a Wiggy tester and went from the pipe to the ground on a outlet  and drew a arc 2" long........amazed I searched the place and finally found at the front window a neon sign had a lead going up to a hidin' "francformer" [this is the step up transformer for the sign 15kv to be exact] was rubbing on the pipe and bare contacting it!  I moved it away shut it off taped it up and told her she was lucky.  That must of rang her chimes.
