I just heard about a guy getting killed here in Montana. He climbed up a pole (running corner) hung his handline on the nuetral, climbed down the pole said to his buddy "I screwed up" and died. The problem stemed from the transision from flat top construction A N B C conductors on the same arm. The conductors were trained on the running corner from top to bottom C Phase, B Phase, Neutral, A Phase. A Phase was located where the neutral should go, it was isolated from ground by the clevis spool, we think the voltage was 7200. Sorry about the details I heard about this through the rumor mill just thought it might help. Don't take anything for granted! even conductor positions.
