Throwing a Cable

An employee working for a contractor, installing for the local TV cable company,attempted to throw a co-ax service drop down to the employee on a ladder, made contact with 26 KV three phase lines. The employee was above the 26KV 3 phase #4 cu line,on an apartment,when he threw the cable down, it went to far and made contact with all three phases. Then the employee tryed to drag the cable off the phases when he was burnt on the left arm and left leg. The employee on the ladder was burnt also but not as severe. The employee on the roof was listed in stable but serious condition at a local burn center, the condition of the employee on the ladder was not mentioned.
