Explosion In A Vault

A Southern Cal. Edison Lineman dies of burns: In early April (2000), a three man crew was replacing a primary cable in a vault when an explosion occurred, the explosion ignited two of the crews clothing, causing second and third degree burns over a large portions of their bodies. The third crew member received burns on his hands trying to put the fires out on his co-workers. NOTE: If you are wearing clothing that can burn, stay away from energized parts and live to go home with your cloths still on your back!!! The cause is still under investigation by Cal OSHA and Edison?
