I think I finally got the straight on the fatality in Ok. with the nonunion contractor. They did have coverup on the line and had rubber gloves on but they had a guy dangling from the pole and when the pole got away from them the guy was touching the victim on the shoulder and when the ground wire contacted the 14400 primary he was killed.
