About 1990, At about 0200 and the weather was closing in. I had to patrol a camp line. A routine call.  With Mag light in hand, I proceeded to patrol. I had walked in 2 sections through the R/W, climbing over everything, stumps, old barrels, rocks, logs, etc.  I was looking up constantly trying to locate the fault.
There happened to a number of  farms in the area, which I didn't pay too much attention to. I went a couple more steps and shined my light directly in front of me and decided to go around a rather large object in my intended path. With 20 years experience under my belt, I was quite comfortable doing my job. My worst fear in patrolling at night, alone, was right in front of me!  As I was figuring what side to go around, I saw this object move.  What it was , was the head of a bull that had turned his head to look at me! Let me tell you that when I saw the ring in it's nose, I was gone!! The customers were energized a short while later.
