One cold nite with lots of snow coming down, the dispatcher gave me a no light call. He did his best to ask the customer to go down and reset her main breaker, she did and still no light.   I arrived about 1/2 hour later  to see the whole house lit up. I knocked on the door and started to talk to an older women. she said no matter what the dispatcher said to do the light would not come on.??  It was the street light on the other side of the road that was out, I can still picture her going downstairs' flipping that main breaker?????????????????????????????????
