"Arnold Squirrel"

Recently we had a reoccurring problem on our #3 housing feeder. the same phase kept blowing a fuse in a PMS, and at the same time tripping the breaker at the substation. We drove the lines out repeatedly and saw nothing out of the ordinary. Finally the last time this problem occurred we walked the lines out, and there he was, "Arnold Squirrel", he was hanging from the cross arm, in between the two phases, by his front claws and looked like he was doing pull ups. But every time the wind blew hard enough he went phase to ground. So moral of the story guys is save yourself time and aggravation, and look carefully at everything.
